Santino Pompa è un artista poliedrico nato il 1° agosto 1967 ad Artena (Roma). È pittore, scultore, fotografo, insegnante di Yoga, filosofo apolide, oratore e scrittore. La sua propensione spirituale lo accompagna sin dalla giovane età. Prima di conoscere lo Yoga, inizia il suo cammino praticando alcune forme di Buddismo.. Negli anni novanta, stanco degli automatismi e della frenesia della società, si ferma in un eremo per un anno e mezzo: lì vive un'esperienza unica. È in questo momento che l'arte, la pittura e la musica invadono completamente ogni aspetto del suo essere. Le opere di Santino Pompa sono variegate, poiché è attratto dai molteplici lineamenti dell'attività umana. Sicuramente il surrealismo lo ha ispirato, così come diverse espressioni artistiche. Nelle sue opere sente l'esigenza di esplorare, di perdersi e rimettersi alla propria qualità: diventare "uno" con l'atto di creare. Nel tempo, essendo anche un insegnante di yoga da quarant'anni, studia la filosofia orientale e l'espressione artistica che ne deriva. Esplora la pittura orientale, affascinato dal tratto essenziale: "Il Gesto". Da molti anni si dedica alla costruzione di automi e realizza alcune invenzioni.
