Beside him on the white cloth, classic still life elements are arranged: a vibrant orange peach, a green pear, and two small red berries. The fruit is rendered with rich detail, highlighting the artist's skill in capturing texture and light. Below the table, a broken earthenware pot with scattered shards lies on the dark ground, introducing a subtle narrative of fragility or time.
The background is dark and suggestive of a forest or deep woods, with hints of lush green foliage appearing vertically on the right. A single white butterfly flutters near the figure's head, further enhancing the natural and somewhat dreamlike atmosphere. The careful composition, the figure's alluring pose, and the integration of classical art motifs with a clear homoerotic sensibility make this a compelling and finely executed piece. The colored pencil medium allows for a remarkable level of detail, smooth blending, and vibrant color saturation throughout the artwork.

I am a Mexican self-taught aspiring artist, inspired by the richness of color but most of all, by the beauty of the human body, I’m in pursuit of depicting its enticing magic.
I became interested in art at a very young age, my father used to have some art books of Frank Frazetta, Boris Vallejo and Chris Achilleos. I being spellbound by their artwork, by the fantasy worlds they depicted but most of all by the beauty of the human figure. My father (a doctor) liked to make copies of those illustrations as a hobby, and sometimes, for whatever reason he didn’t finish them, so I would take them and tried to complete them, that is how I started drawing and coloring with colored pencils, as time went by it became a serious hobby for me, but school duties and choosing a profession took all of my time and effort. I went to the university and got a Bachelor’s Degree in ing. But my love for painting and drawing never went away, so a few years ago I decided to take it seriously and dedicate my entire time to it.
As a gay artist, I’m always in pursuit of depicting the beauty and sensuality of the male body, trying to capture his erotic essence and surround it with a halo of fantasy and mysticism and even some danger, and of course to tell a story, a story of seduction, pain and pleasure. I try to make the viewer to come up with his own idea of what is going on in each piece.
Being a self-taught artist has its complications, without an academic endorsement, sometimes I fear I´m not good enough or I feel I have some disadvantage, but it also encourage me to improve and give my best in each work; and of course there is the element of discovery of new techniques and approaches to painting, I try to learn something new every day, which I do by following artist like Roberto Ferri, Michael Breyette or Cuong Nguyen just to mention a few.
I don’t feel at ease if I´m not painting, it’s the only thing I want to do, I become obsessed with each work I start, wandering what will I do to make it work, what will the result be or if someone will like it or not. But now I´m absolutely sure that this is my vocation and purpose in life.
