L’artiste Guillaume Le Moal présente ici une variation en dessin de tout petits oiseaux saisis à différentes étapes de mouvements. ionné par la nature, il a arpenté de nombreuses plages du Finistère pour s’arrêter sur ces spectaculaires échassiers de bord de mer, véloces, se déplaçant en groupe, de manière chorégraphiée.

Les gravelots à colliers interrompus sont de petits échassiers nichant dans les dunes de Tréguennec (Finistère). Espèce protégée, il n’existe plus que 1500 couples en

. Le surtourisme des plages bretonnes et le age répété des humains dans les herbes basses, où l’oiseau se reproduit et pond, détruit malheureusement les oeufs et perturbe le fonctionnement naturel de l’oiseau.

Les différents dessins présentés illustrent un moment particulier du quotidien du gravelot, la recherche de nourriture, de petits vers mis à nus par le ressac des vagues sur la plage. Du fait de sa taille minuscule, ces bandes d’oiseaux foncent vers une eau retirée pour y saisir les vers puis, chassés par la seconde vague qui revient, fuient vers l’intérieur. 

Une danse insolite. L'artiste ajoute également des moments inspirés, l’étourdissement, la relève, comme pour immortaliser sur le papier la difficulté qu’ont ces petits êtres à survivre. L’envole ponctue la série exposée.

Une reproduction d’un chat croisé dans le Finistère agrémentera également l’exposition. D’origine yéménite, ce chat a été adopté par une famille bretonne. Agressif car abandonné non loin du désert, l’animal, tendre à l’intérieur, a trouvé une chouette nouvelle famille en Bretagne. Quelle vie de chat!
