It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Born in 1972, Abricodéal Îles is a self-taught French artist whose diverse and eclectic work includes the use of gel pens on canvas, ballpoint pens on paper, collages, inks on canvas and cardboard, and acrylics on wood, among others. His works are a vibrant mix of varied styles and techniques, influenced by iconic figures such as Chagall, Matisse, Picasso, Marie Laurencin, Tamara de Lempicka, Colette, Edith Piaf, Jacques Prévert, Claire Brétecher, Enki Bilal, Basquiat, Jean Dubuffet, Sonia Delaunay, Robert Desnos, and the Impressionists.
Having devoted the years 2022 to 2023 to developing his art as an autodidact, Abricodéal Îles considers himself a young 50-year-old artist whose artistic vocation emerged as a rude awakening, an urgency to live fully in his imagination. His inspiration draws deeply from “Upper childhood”, a domain rich in sensory and emotional memories.
His pictorial and poetic creations come to life on various s such as metal, tracing paper, paper and canvas, often enhanced with original materials such as makeup and natural dyes such as coffee, rose water, stone avocado and berry juice. What drives Abricodéal Îles is the constant desire to travel to imaginary lands, to explore new sensations, traces, writings, imprints and noises.
By defining itself as an archipelago or a system of exoplanets, it sees itself as a multipolar universe, a traveler of art who shares his ion through social networks with captivating visual and sound effects. His artistic quest is marked by an urgency to communicate, a desire for eternity and the desire to build a real relationship with the viewer.
